Responsibilities:
Design digital and analog CMOS circuits for Structured ASIC products which involve schematic definition, simulation and verification.
Participate in full-chip floor-planning of new designs.
Work closely with mask design engineer to optimize design performance at circuit and full-chip level.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with minimum 2 years of VLSI silicon design exposure.
Good knowledge in semiconductor device & technology, deep submicron IC design methodology and common EDA tools.
Proficient in SPICE, C and Perl.
Excellent communication skills, team player and ability to successfully interact with people from other engineering team.
Knowledge in VLSI layout design & circuit design will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

We have several positions for software development engineers open. You will be placed at an appropriate level depending on your qualifications and experience.

In this position, you will be involved in all aspects of software development – design, implementation, testing and maintenance of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software tools and design environment for structured-ASIC chip design.

Depending on the position filled, your specific responsibilities include some of the following:

* Implementation and testing of APIs to work with the OpenAccess database
* Implementation and testing of readers and writers of various types netlists and physical layout. Such information is generally presented in the DEF / verilog format;
* Implementation and testing of algorithms for EDA applications
* Implementation and testing of GUI for the chip design environment.

Requirements:

* University studies, preferably in Computer Engineering
* 2-4 years experience in software development in C/C++ in the Windows environment
* Good programming skills in C/C++
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio
* Good knowledge of algorithms, and their implementation
* Good knowledge of spoken and written English

Desirable, but not mandatory:

* Master studies
* Familiarity with LEF / DEF / Verilog / VHDL
* Familiarity with OpenAccess or other CAD databases
* Exposure to EDA software / semiconductor industry
* Exposure to VLSI design, Graph theory.

Application Engineer

Mandatory Requirements:
The candidate must have working knowledge of digital IC design, using FPGA or ASIC technology. The candidate must be fluent in English both verbal and in writing.

Description:
The AE will be working closely with customers and Design Service Representatives worldwide to support them during the design and implementation stages. He or she will be part of a team that has responsibility for bringing the eASIC technology to the users, ensuring that a high quality product is delivered to customers worldwide.

Qualification:
University degree in Electronical Engineering, 3+ years of experience (preferable but not mandatory) in application engineering or customer engineering.
Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing
Working knowledge of digital IC design, using FGPA or ASIC Technologies

Key Differentiators: Special attention will be given to candidates with deep understanding of FPGA and (Programmable) ASIC technologies, design flows, and design tools.

Technical Skills:
Experience in using Windows and Unix operating systems.
Digital IC design experience: Verilog HDL/VHDL, Simulation, Synthesis, Static Timing Analysis.
Experience in using IC design tools, FPGA or ASIC grade.

Communication and Management Skills:
Candidate must be able to communicate efficiently and manage relationships with customers, management, and engineering.

Desirable/Optional Characteristics:

Experience in using scripting languages as PERL and Tcl.
IP design and/or use and integration experience.
Knowledge of using LVS, DRC, and Formal Verification tools.
